  Had a small scratch repaired on my brand new car but they did not cover the car properly. As a result, while the scratch was repaired, clearcoat overspray covered about 97% of the vehicle. This was not disclosed when I picked up my car (it was dark so I couldn't see exactly how bad it was). Either they did not see it themselves, or saw it and tried to slip it by me, both scenarios are bad (incompetent vs. sneaky). I thought my car was just dirty from being in the shop. I read and learned about overspray after I washed my entire car and found that it wouldn't wash off - it was not just grime. They were good to take the car back in and buffed out the entire car, applied a few coats of wax, but it seems like something that shouldn't have happened. Now, the plastic trim still has some overspray, but I'm hesitant to take the car back there. Not a great experience. I chose them because their prices were good but I guess you get what you pay for.

  I would strongly avoid Frizzels. They do mediocre work, impolite workers and charge a lot more then you should be paying. Never going here again.

  Excellent technician for vehicle paint
